Lead Literacy Teacher: at L4 plays a central role in advancing our mission to grow readers and disciples through love, structure, and consistency. This position is responsible for leading classroom instruction, driving academic progress in literacy, and supporting the spiritual and social-emotional growth of every student. In partnership with L4 leadership, this educator ensures that evidence-based teaching practices are implemented with fidelity, while also fostering a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom culture. Through consistent assessment, strong communication, and relational leadership, the Lead Literacy Teacher helps students meet key literacy benchmarks while growing in character, identity, and faith​

The Instructional Support Mentor: at L4 plays a key role in promoting student success by providing consistent academic, emotional, and spiritual support both inside and outside the classroom. This position is responsible for supporting a small group of students by reinforcing literacy instruction taught by the Lead Teacher during whole-class instruction. Mentors help promote a positive workplace culture by modeling Christ-centered values in daily interactions with students and staff while helping students learn about God in a structured, fun and supportive environment. This role is essential to fulfilling the program’s mission to grow readers and disciples through love, structure, and alongside caring consistent adults.​
